How does Dream Fitness guarantee your rights during the return process?
Return the product within 7 days :
- The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
- Dream Fitness has a dedicated “After Sales Service” team to conduct a thorough quality check on all returns.
Returning the product without a specific reason :
- If the customer returns the product without a specific reason, such as just changing his mind, he must return the product in its original condition without additional expenses.
Notify us within 72 hours :
- The customer must notify us within a maximum of 72 hours from the date of receipt of the product if he finds it does not conform or has incorrect specifications.
Request a quality inspection review :
- A complaint can be submitted regarding the result of the quality inspection within 48 hours upon receiving the product from the center.
- We will re-review and refund the product if the complaint is proven valid.
Service level agreement :
- The maximum SLA for product returns and refunds is 15 days from the day of receipt.
Return of goods :
- Returning goods is done through one of Dream Fitness’s approved shipping service providers.
- The service provider's representative will call to schedule an appointment to receive the item within 3-5 business days of the return request.
- Dream Fitness guarantees that the item will be returned completely free of charge, and will pay the full shipping cost and return your money paid to you.
